Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs how you may use Glitch Executor. It forms part of the Terms of Use. Breaching it may lead to suspension or termination under the Terms.
1. Use the Service lawfully and within third-party rules
- Comply with all laws that apply to you, including securities, tax, and AML rules in your jurisdiction.
- Comply with the terms of every broker and prop firm whose account you connect (see Prop Firm & Third-Party Compliance).
- Only connect accounts you own and are authorized to operate.
2. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, layering, or any abusive or fraudulent trading practice.
- Trade for anyone other than yourself, manage other people's money, or pool funds through the Service. The Service is for your own account only.
- Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials, or share another person's broker connection.
- Resell, sublicense, white-label, or redistribute the Service or its outputs except where a feature (such as the strategy marketplace) explicitly permits it.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, probe, or interfere with the Service, its rate limits, or its infrastructure, or attempt to bypass the pre-trade safety gate, jurisdiction allowlist, or any other control.
- Upload malware, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or submit unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Use the Service to train a competing model or to build a competing product, consistent with the licence in the Terms.
3. Strategies and agents you run
- You are responsible for every strategy you author, accept, or arm, and for every order it generates on your account.
- Do not arm a strategy you do not understand or have not tested. Monitor armed agents and disarm any agent at any time.
- Content you publish (for example to the strategy marketplace) must be yours to publish and must not mislead about performance.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access, disarm agents, or remove content where we reasonably believe this Policy or the Terms have been breached, consistent with the Terms. Report abuse to [email protected].
