Risk Disclosure

Last updated: 2026-05-31

Trading leveraged products carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Glitch Executor is software tooling. It does not give investment advice and does not guarantee any outcome. Use it only with capital you can afford to lose, and read this disclosure together with our Terms of Use.

1. You bear the trading risk

Every strategy you build, accept, or arm is your decision, and every resulting order is your order. You are the principal. Glitch Executor does not pick trades, does not manage money, and takes no discretion over your account. Profits and losses are yours.

2. Automated-execution risk

When you arm an agent, it can place orders on your connected account without further action from you, including while you are away from the screen. Automated trading adds risks beyond manual trading:

  • A strategy may behave differently in live markets than in a backtest, or contain logic errors that trade in ways you did not intend.
  • Software faults, server outages, network latency, rate limits, or broker-side downtime can delay, duplicate, miss, or fail to close orders.
  • Slippage, gaps, low liquidity, and widening spreads can fill orders at materially worse prices than expected.
  • A running agent can accumulate losses quickly. You are responsible for monitoring it and can disarm any agent at any time.

3. The pre-trade safety gate is not a guarantee

Where you select a prop-firm rule set, the Service may block orders that would breach the rules you chose (daily-loss room, drawdown room, consistency cap, and firm-specific policy). This is an opt-in safety net computed from the data available to the Service. It is not a guarantee against a breach, a margin call, or a loss. Stale data, rule changes by the firm, off-platform trades, swaps, fees, and timing differences can all move your account in ways the gate cannot prevent. You remain responsible for staying within your firm's rules.

4. Backtests and simulations are hypothetical

Backtest and replay results are hypothetical, computed on historical data, and do not represent actual trading. They do not account for every real-world cost or condition and are not indicative of future results. A strategy that performed well historically can lose money live.

5. Demo versus live

Results on a demo or evaluation account do not transfer to a funded or live account. Demo fills, spreads, and execution can differ from live conditions. Treat demo performance as a functional test, not a performance promise.

6. No advice, no guarantee

Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Glitch Executordoes not promise profit, edge, or any particular result. Questions: [email protected].
