Prop Firm & Third-Party Platform Compliance

Last updated: 2026-05-31

Glitch Executor connects to prop-firm evaluation and funded accounts and, as an opt-in feature, can route orders your strategy generates to your connected broker. Prop firms and brokers each set their own rules about automation, third-party tools, and server-side execution, and those rules vary widely and change often. This page explains what is yours to verify.

1. You confirm your firm and broker permit this

Before you connect an account or arm an agent, it is your responsibility to read and comply with the current terms of both your prop firm and your broker, including any rules on:

  • Automated trading, expert advisors, bots, or algorithmic execution;
  • Third-party tools, copy trading, account sharing, or server-side execution;
  • Maximum trade frequency, news trading, and prohibited strategies;
  • Connecting external software to the account.

If your firm or broker prohibits any of this, do not arm an agent on that account. Using Glitch Executor in a way that breaches your firm's or broker's terms is your decision and your risk.

2. Our firm rule sets are a convenience, not a warranty

Where we encode a firm's rules (for example daily-loss, drawdown, consistency, and payout rules) we do so on a best-effort basis from publicly available terms. We do not warrant that these encoded rules are complete, current, or correct, and a firm can change its terms at any time without notice to us. Always treat the firm's own published rules as authoritative.

3. We do not act for you with your firm

Glitch Executor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any prop firm or broker. We do not negotiate, represent, or guarantee your standing with them. A breach, account loss, failed payout, or ban is between you and your firm or broker.

4. Demo-first and jurisdiction gating

The execution feature is rolled out demo-first and is gated by a jurisdiction allowlist (see the Terms of Use, §5.4). Live routing may be unavailable in your region or for your account type.

5. Questions

If you are unsure whether your firm or broker permits automated or third-party execution, ask them directly before arming an agent. Contact us at [email protected].
