Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid Glitch Executor subscriptions. It forms part of the Terms of Use.

1. 7-day window

Within 7 days of your first paid invoice you may request a full refund, no questions asked. We will cancel the subscription and refund that invoice to the original payment method.

2. After the first 7 days

After the initial window, subscriptions renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Where required by law, or at our discretion, we may issue a pro-rated refund for the unused part of the current period.

3. What is not refundable

• Trading losses, prop-firm evaluation fees, broker fees, or any third-party charge. Those are not paid to us and are never refundable by us.
• Periods already elapsed, beyond any pro-rata described above.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account. Card refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension under the Terms.
